Imitation Wood Grain – An Affront to Nature

Imitation wood is an ungodly creation and an affront to nature excelled in its sacrilege only by the abomination which is rubber fruit which haunts the green-glass fruit bowls of many a Rustbelt town. Still, there is an allure that the rich faux textures and warm dyes create to give give the appearance that your speaker box or trailer cupboard was made from once living wood. Whether used for architectural purposes or on the interior of you car as a dash kit wood grain paper is certainly attractive albeit deceptive. Perhaps the worst thing about it is that it is the antithesis of all things natural. It is extruded from the waste of a billion years of putrefaction and made through a variety of carcinogenic processes until it reaches your door-step.

You may ask yourself, where can I find this amazing, post-Space Age product at this point and, to be sure, I will tell you. Just wait a bit and enjoy the pretty pictures.
